There is no minimum order requirement. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. During this time, an Aptagen representative should be available to take your order and answer any questions regarding our products or aptamer/oligo synthesis in general.

A 60% Set-Up Fee (non-refundable) is required for all orders over $2,000 prior to project start date. If paying by credit card, a 3% fee may be incurred on all orders over $2,000. FREE SHIPPING to the continental US. International customers: all import and custom fees will be incurred by the importer.

All orders of goods and/or services are irreversible and unable to be cancelled once initiated.
