Binding Conditions / Buffer
0.4 M NaCl and 20 mM MES buffer solution (pH 5.5) at 20?C for 15 min. To quench: 5 uL of 0.5 M Tris base solution added then sample was vortexed to shift the pH from 5.5 to 8.0.
