Molecular Weight: 26516.1 g/mole
Extinction Coefficient: 837200
Binding Conditions / Buffer
incubating 10.8 nmol denatured HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography)-purified single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) library with 1.0 × 107 cells in a final volume of 500 μL.
Binding Temp: The DNA library suspended in 250 μL RPMI was denatured by heating at 95°C for 5 min, followed by folding for 45 min at 25°C in order to allow the formation of proper secondary structures.
Refolding Protocol
Note: Information on this aptamer oligo was obtained from the literature and hasn't been validated by Aptagen.
