Binding Conditions / Buffer

The buffer for immobilization of ssDNA probe consisted of 0.8M phosphate buffer (PB) with 1.0M NaCl, 5 mM MgCl2 and 1 mM ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), pH 7.0. The DNA hybridization buffer and cocaine incubation buffer was composed of 50mM PB with 100mM K2SO4 (pH 7.4).
