Apt 1-32 structure
Chemistry
DNA
Target
Equine Herpesvirus Type 1 (EHV-1)
Category
Small Organic
Affinity (Kd)
G-quadruplex–forming oligonucleotides were prepared at a final concentration of 7.5 μM in 25 mM Tris–HCl buffer (pH 7.0) containing varying NaCl concentrations. The mixtures were statically incubated to promote proper folding. Crystal violet (CV) was then added to a final concentration of 15 μM, and the mixtures were incubated at 30 °C for 1 h.
