Binding Conditions / Buffer

The 9th library of aptamers were incubated with the target for 1 gr at 37C, then an enzyme called T5 Exo was added to the mixture to digest unbound ssDNA library.

Refolding Protocol

If the oligo is a known aptamer sequence: For binding studies, perform a refolding protocol to ensure proper function (i.e. binding to antigen or target).
